Noah's Business: Disaster Recovery is everybody's business.

Our 2nd Relief 2.0 mission to Ishinomaki with 2 goals:

  1. To identify one business of each kind ready to re-open in the recovery area and match it with a similar business elsewhere so that both can thrive in business.
  2. To identify how to attract an influx of money to be spent on these businesses and ends up in the hands of locals.

This strategy and approach...

  • Can re-activate different sectors of the local economy.
  • Have a multiplying effect in society, generating employment, providing resources and local products and services.
  • Distributes the burden of recovery among independent business.
  • Enables business and social recovery without any need for charity.
  • Allows all sectors of the economy and society to collaborate and be part of the recovery process:
    • (businesses engaging other businesses, local people finding matches for the businesses in the recovery area, global people supporting and buying products from the local businesses, etc.)

That's why we call it Relief 2.0 B2B: Disaster recovery with dignity, inclusion, generation and distribution of wealth.

To accomplish this, we're meeting with:

  • Ishinomaky Junior Chamber of Commerce.
  • Sendai Chamber of Commerce.
  • Shibuya Chamber of Commerce.

And so, on Golden Week 2011 Relief 2.0 B2B Japan begins...
